We have expanded our seating into the roastery on the weekends. After we finish roasting and production on Thursday afternoon we rearrange our roastery in order to add eight additional seats Friday through Sunday. We want to create more space for our guests to enjoy our coffee. Plus, it’s cool to sit by the sacks of green coffee and the roasting machine.

My father, Dale Schroeder constructed a beautiful table on locking casters for the purpose of adding more seats to our small, busy cafe. Come by this weekend to help us break new stools.
