  Before January 1st, back in November of 2012 it was announced that we were Roast Magazine’s 2013 Micro Roaster of the Year. Naturally, we celebrated by throwing a huge party at our roastery on the November 15th our 7 anniversary of being in business.   We are excited to announce that our third café in the historic Wildwood Building on Capitol Boulevard, will open at 6:30am this Thursday, March 28th. Built in 1938, the Wildwood Building is a charming time piece located at the intersection of four Olympia neighborhoods. The building is home to Spuds Produce Market, Tasha Nichole Desserts and now Olympia Coffee Roasting Co.
