How we do business…
What is your return/refund policy?
Coffee is an agricultural product. It is seasonal and it is freshly roasted by us when you place your order. Unfortunately, due to the inherent nature of purchasing agricultural products via the internet, we cannot offer a return or refund policy. Olympia Coffee Roasting Company sources some of the finest coffees in the world, and our roasting facilities and roasters are world class, and as such we must state that All Sales Are Final.
What is your delivery and shipping policy?
We roast and ship on Tuesday and Thursday; on those days we will process and roast all outstanding orders up to the day prior at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. This means if you place your order by Monday 4PM, we roast and ship it on Tuesday. But if you place your order on a Friday, we will roast it and ship it the following Tuesday. If you place your order on a Tuesday, we roast and ship it on Thursday. Capiche? We ship via Fedex, and will gladly ship to anywhere in the world. The world being Planet Earth – we will not ship to Mars. Yet.
In some cases shipping Fed Ex Ground is quicker than Express Saver. Use this Fed Ex Tool to get arrival times. Use our Zip Code, 98501 as the from zip code. Select your packaging as box type(dimensions are not important).
