Banko Gotiti farmers have been working with Olympia Coffee since their first year as a cooperative. Their natural processed coffee is our most sought-after single origin offering every year. And this year, the cooperative we've grown to love produced their first ever fully washed coffee. It is pulped within hours of harvesting, fermented for over thirty hours under water, and finally, rinsed and then dried on raised beds. The washed process brings out subtle flavors and a new perspective on Banko's beloved coffee.
