Producer Desta Gola's coffee is one of our absolute favorites each year. Having worked with him for many years now, we've fostered a direct partnership that means you can trace this coffee directly back to the farmer. His coffee exemplifies what we love about Ethiopian coffee and the industry-leading people we have the honor of working with there as a part of our Fair for All sourcing model.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
