Hamasho village in Bensa, Sidama, experience the unique flavors of origin and varietal through two different processes: washed and natural. Processing method has a huge impact on a coffee's flavor, and the Dukamo family of Daye Bensa have expertly illuminated the incredible flavors of these Ethiopian Heirloom varietals.

Hamasho Washed: a washed and dry-fermented lot from Hamasho village. Flavors of lemon, rhubarb, and floral.

Hamasho Natural: a natural-process lot from Hamasho village. Flavors of berry, wine, and chocolate.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
