OXO 8-Cup Coffee Maker

Keep your coffee at the perfect temperature all morning without sacrificing flavor! One of the home brewers certified by the Specialty Coffee Association, we decided to offer this brewer at Olympia Coffee after conducting our own tests and getting great final results! In order to be certified by SCA, and meet our own internal standards, we want to see the brewer meet specialty coffee standards for water temperature and volume, and brewing time. We particularly liked the insulated carafe, which maintains the initial brewed quality of the coffee rather then relying on a heating element that reheats the coffee.  Also exciting is the single serve option, which lets you swap in OXO's single serve accessory (optional) and a Kalita filter to change the way the water and grounds interact during extraction, bringing out different nuances in your coffee.
