Chicha Morada, literally “purple drink”, is a refreshing Peruvian drink made from Andean purple corn, pineapple peels, cinnamon, and cloves. Our friends at Raaka Chocolate have created a twist on the traditional recipe, swirling a purple corn, pineapple, and coffee vegan white chocolate with a coffee, cinnamon, and clove-infused dark chocolate. Our Morning Sun coffee, grown by small family farmers in the Andes mountains of Colombia, shines in this bar with its notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and roasted hazelnuts.
