Our highest-scoring coffee this year comes to you from deep in the Andes mountains of southwest Colombia. Harvested by hand by farmer Wilder Lasso, this pure Gesha varietal dried in the sun for 18 days after an aerobic washed double fermentation. Lemongrass laid over top perfumed the drying process, giving an exotic aroma to notes of floral tea. Just the thing to brighten up a chilly winter’s morning!
