We are excited to announce that our third café in the historic Wildwood Building on Capitol Boulevard, will open at 6:30am this Thursday, March 28th.
Built in 1938, the Wildwood Building is a charming time piece located at the intersection of four Olympia neighborhoods. The building is home to Spuds Produce Market, Tasha Nichole Desserts and now Olympia Coffee Roasting Co.
This is the first of our cafés that was custom designed and built to our standards in a collaborative effort with local designer, Roussa Cassel, Bicycle Homebuilding and Windfall Lumber. The design combines an art deco motif and subtle curves with a modern material palette. The features include an open bar arrangement with wrap-around seating, La Marzocco Strada espresso machine, Marco temperature controlled boilers, beautiful hand-made tiles from Nicaragua and sustainably-sourced materials throughout.
Join us and enjoy your favorite espresso drink, pour-over brewed coffee, fresh roasted coffee beans, as well as our housemade Madagascar Vanilla syrup, Custom created Theo Organic Chocolate Sauce and French inspired Pastries at the new Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. located at 2824 Capitol Boulevard. It will be a neighborhood event!
