Shipping
Oh no! Please email us at info@olympiacoffeeroasting.com so we can take care of this as quickly as possible. Please include your name, order number, and (if possible) a photo.
Our standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is expected to arrive anywhere between 1-7 days, depending on your location. Priority shipping is closer to 1-3 days. Be aware that these are USPS' quoted delivery times but may vary due to high-volume seasonal shipping.
We also offer FedEx Ground and FedEx express, each with estimated shipping times visible at checkout.
It's possible your delivery person may have tucked it out of sight to avoid theft. Please check around your door and with your neighbors, and wait 1 business day from the date it was marked as delivered in the event of human error.
If an order is scanned and traceable, it was successfully fulfilled by our team and may have gotten lost in transit by the shipping company. If you cannot find it, you can file a claim with the shipping company used for your order. If you’re not sure how to get in touch with the shipping company, we can help you track it down. Just email us at info@olympiacoffee.com.
We are able to ship internationally. However, please be aware that shipping times can be very long. Also note that free shipping is not available for international orders.
Coffee
We roast to order Monday through Friday. Our coffee ships on the same day it's roasted to make sure you’re enjoying it as fresh as possible. Delivery times range from 1-5 days, meaning
your coffee will arrive to you at peak freshness!
Fair For All is our coffee sourcing standard, which we’ve designed to exceed Fair Trade and Direct Trade standards. We average approximately 3-4 times more than Fair Trade standards, also performing annual in-person audits to ensure that our farmers and the laborers that support them are all paid fair wages.

It’s pretty much what it sounds like: a very small, limited-run lot that we purchase from our producing partners. Typically, one of these lots accounts for an entire day's harvest.
Growing high-end specialty coffee is a challenge requiring lots of attention and care. Our farmers are doing world-class work, but that means the size of their lots are limited to what is manageable by their small teams. Often, the farm staff is made up of themselves and their families.
In many ways, the micro lots you enjoy are incredibly unique. If you’re drinking it, you’re one of the few in the world enjoying coffees of that caliber!
Yes! Check out our brew guide to get started.
We quality control every single batch to make sure everything that leaves our door meets our quality standards. We also log data from every roast to make sure that we’re hitting the mark.
If you have any further questions about how to really dial-in that coffee and make it shine, feel free to email info@olympiacoffee.com or shoot us a message on Instagram @olympiacoffee!
There are lots of opinions on this, and the answer usually depends on your environment. Generally speaking, you can keep coffee stored in a cool area inside the resealable bag it arrived in. If you enjoy it within a couple weeks from arrival, you’ll be good to go—especially if you keep it in whole-bean form.
Grinding your coffee will cause more surface area to get exposed to oxygen. If you have a vacuum-sealed container, just pop the bag into the container!
Freezing coffee is generally not recommended, as condensation can build up. Some home grinders can break if ice build-up gets into the burr chamber (rare, but it happens). A more likely scenario: the moisture causes build-up that causes your grinder to jam, or even break. Not to mention that freezers can impart a pretty strong smell on your beans, and you don't want that.
If you absolutely must store your coffee in the freezer, seal it in a ziploc bag with all the air removed. Then, when enjoying the coffee, dose out only the
amount you need and immediately grind and store the coffee back in the freezer. That should help minimize the risks associated with freezing.
Cafes
Aw, thanks! Most likely you enjoyed our signature Sweetheart or Big Truck espresso roasts. Sweetheart brings caramel-sweet, balanced flavor in a single-origin espresso. Big Truck brings a rich mouthfeel, smooth chocolate notes, and juicy berry acidity. We highly recommend trying both out in your favorite espresso drinks!
We love pets, but unfortunately we can’t allow them inside. Service animals attending their humans with special needs or disabilities are welcome.
During the pandemic, we put our public cuppings and workshops on hold. We haven't brought them back yet, but we hope to in the future!
Not to worry. Our menu features plenty of other options such as matcha green tea, chai, and hot chocolate. We also have decaffeinated options among our loose-leaf teas. Check out our mobile app to view our full menu.
