Every Friday, Rubinstein Bagels is dropping off bagels at our West Seattle location. They're perfectly chewy and made with a sourdough culture giving it a complex, deep flavor you just can't get with instant yeast. We love that Andrew gives the same attention to detail and intention behind the ingredients/process that we do with our coffees.
Bagels + coffee have always been a great pair and we're glad to make them available in our West Seattle store!
