Dalgona Coffee is the instant coffee craze that's taken the internet by storm--and for good reason, too. This fluffy, foam-filled froth bomb is a fun twist on a latte and only requires a few simple ingredients!

- 1 sachet Instant Olympia Coffee
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 1.5 Tbsp hot water
- 8-10oz milk of choice (We used oat milk!)
Step 1: Combine ingredients in a large bowl
It might help to let the instant coffee sit with the hot water for a minute or two to dissolve a bit!
Step 2: Whisk like a crazy person
Get ready, this is where 90% of the effort is gonna be put in. Whisk in a zig-zag pattern for at least 4-5 minutes. We whisked for about 8 minutes before giving up and deciding "it's fine."
Step 3: Pour it over some milk and post a photo to Instagram
That second part isn't mandatory, but almost feels like it. Just do it, and tag us @olympiacoffee! We tried it over 8.5oz oat milk because that's what we had here at home and the creaminess from the milk and the fluffiness from the foam make for a delicious treat.
Pro-tip: If you own an electric hand-held whisk, use it. Or if you're going for the manual whisking method, be sure to alternate hands for an even workout.
