As many of you know we host public cuppings in our roastery cupping lab each week on Friday's at 10am. Every few weeks we take our cupping series on the road as well.   We are excited to announce that our third café in the historic Wildwood Building on Capitol Boulevard, will open at 6:30am this Thursday, March 28th. Built in 1938, the Wildwood Building is a charming time piece located at the intersection of four Olympia neighborhoods.
