Following a full honey process, the beans undergo a second soak to remove residual mucilage, then are dried again—yielding a cup that’s remarkably clean, juicy, and unforgettable.
We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
