Over the past several weeks we have been hard at work building a state-of-the-art espresso training lab and cupping room attached to our roastery. In designing the Coffee Lab we wanted it to be bright and welcoming with the overall feel and bar flow to match our cafes. Building it was a lesson in DIY wood working with an eye towards green building. In construction we decided to use reclaimed materials whenever possible.
