Grown by father and son team Ricardo and Marco Ariz at their family farm, El Águila, and processed at their own mill, Fenix. This anaerobic-washed lot of 100% Bourbon captures the essence of classic Salvadoran coffee.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
