Grown in Ethiopia’s mountainous forests and processed at the Rako Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, this coffee is a classic expression of the region, bright and sweet. It’s a clean, complex cup from 200 + smallholder farmers committed to quality and sustainability.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
