Olympia Coffee's original flagship blend.

We devote constant attention to Big Truck and think it might be the best espresso blend out there. Coffee is a fresh, seasonal product, and producing countries have varied seasons and harvest periods. So we strive to buy smaller lots in their prime to keep the blend as fresh as possible. The ingredients of the blend change based on seasonality, but you can bet the flavor profile for Big Truck remains the same year-round!

Brew it like we do:

24g coffee
Kalita Wave, but any brewer will do
Don't forget the Filters!
Gooseneck Kettle w/ 200°F water
Scale that reads to 0.1g
Timer (if your scale doesn't have one)

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
