Olympia Coffee's first blend back (from way back in 2005) is now available pre-ground! We chose a grind setting that works with most brewing methods. And, as always, you can trust that your coffee is still roasted to order.

We devote constant attention to Big Truck and think it might be the best coffee blend you can find. Coffee is a kind of seasonal produce, and different producing countries have varied seasons and harvest periods. We strive to buy smaller lots in their prime to keep the blend as fresh as possible. The ingredients of this blend change based on seasonality, yet Big Truck's flavor profile always stays the same.

Big Truck Blend is a blend of Organic Certified and Fair For All Certified coffees from Colombia San Fermin and Ethiopia Halo Bariti Natural

As a testament to our dedication, we are third-party certified for both our sourcing practices and our employee compensation, which meets Living Wage standards. Big Truck is currently a blend of two different coffees roasted separately and post-roast blended together. We purchase roughly 152000 LBS of Organic Colombia San Fermin at a price of $4.59 per LB. We also use Organic Ethiopia Worka Natural in this blend. We purchased 39,600 LBS of this coffee at $5.43 per LB. We are proud to pay our packaging team a Living Wage of $20.25-23.00 per hour and our roasting team a Living Wage of $21-26 per hour at our roastery.
