The community of San Sebastian De La Plata is home to an amazing group of coffee farmers—and some of our longest-standing Fair For All sourcing relationships. Every coffee helps to build a higher quality of life for this incredible community.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
