This lot comes from the Ariz family, long-time friends and sourcing partners of Olympia Coffee. Carefully selected Bourbon variety coffee cherries from Finca El Aguila are slowly dried on raised beds at the Ariz Family Mill, Fenix. This process locks in the intense sweetness and fruity flavors you'll taste in this coffee.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
