Colombian Gesha coffee, processed and roasted by our own Oliver Stormshak. This lot features some of the finest Gesha in all of Colombia, produced by the Gutierrez Family of La Estrella in San Sebastian De La Plata Huila.
Oliver picked up these cherries and drove them nearly an hour away to the house of Clinton Ossa—a longtime friend and partner of Olympia Coffee. Oliver processed this lot over 48 hours using a bespoke anaerobic dry method there. The result is a coffee that's powerful in flavor and with an exceptionally wine-like character.
We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
