Processed at the Benti Nenka washing station, this lot is composed of coffee cherries from 500 smallholders in the Hambela District of Guji. Cherries are fermented for 24 hours in cold water and then sun-dried on raised beds.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
