The Kalita Wave #185 is what we use in our cafes to brew cafe-grade pour-overs, back to back. The flat bottom design promotes even extraction and the geometry of the paper filters ensures that the water saturates coffee particles from all angles. Ideal for brewing 12-24oz of coffee. Dishwasher safe.

We roast all of our coffees to order and ship them out the same day to guarantee that you receive the freshest coffee possible. Our roast days are Monday through Friday. All orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed for the next roast day.
